Adam is a Certified Public Accountant in Oregon and a serial entrepreneur based out of the Portland metro region. His firm helps growing organizations scale their back-office functions through accounting, risk management, and information technology shared services. Clients include manufacturing, energy sector, high tech, and design-build firms.

Before starting his own firm, Adam worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and held several senior level management positions at public companies in the high tech and energy sectors. Adam’s work has included helping the owner of Portland’s first solar-powered brewery navigate Oregon business energy tax credit legislation, developing the first biomethane quality standard in Oregon, and creating a financial model to sell a $120 million-dollar energy project in Oregon to support the region's renewable portfolio standard. Adam also started a joint-venture which leveraged the economic analysis used in energy efficiency program evaluation to help sustainable developers measure the effectiveness of their investments.

Adam is invested in the local community, and currently, sits on several non-profit boards focused on quality of life and community building. Adam and his wife live in North Portland with their two sons. A native of the Northwest, he enjoys alpine climbing, mountain biking, and fly-fishing.

Erin came to Portland after receiving her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Hendrix College in Arkansas and spent her first decade here working in the area’s vibrant maritime industry, where she honed strengths in logistics, compliance, and communications. She later qualified as a Certified Public Accountant and has worked in public accounting as well as private tax practice. Erin is a detail-oriented problem solver with an innate need to see projects through to a positive finish. She and her husband Ian love to travel and have favorite places in Nepal, Poland, Scotland, and the San Juan Islands. When not spoiling her children, she can usually be found on her back porch entertaining friends and family or planning the next big adventure.

Brittany is an aspiring accountant who is motivated by the belief that the work that she does can help others.  Staff Accountant by day and student by night, it’s exciting for her to see how her schooling and work benefit each other.  She was first exposed to accounting by her mother and realized that she wanted to pursue it as a career while assisting the accounting department at a local real estate company where she developed a background in real estate transactions and financing.  Before her work in real estate, she was an office manager for a physical rehabilitation services company where she prided herself in providing excellent customer service and enjoyed the complexity of medical billing.  She later had the opportunity to train new staff, develop policies and procedures for the outpatient division, and was responsible for creating the department’s training reference manual.

Brittany spent her formative years in Salt Lake City, Utah where she fell in love with the Wasatch mountains, so it was natural for her to gravitate toward Mt. Hood upon moving to Oregon in 2012.  She loves hiking, snowboarding, and running with her Doberman pinscher.
